Baked White Fish

(2 servings)       
500g Halibut steak or white, lean fish of choice
Vegetable oil (optional)
Chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Rinse fish, place in shallow oven proof dish with a drizzle of oil (optional) and/or water. Cover with foil.

Bake approx. 20 minutes, until center is cooked. Do not over cook. Fish should look “juicy”.
Remove to clean plate. Top with YUM™ Apple CARDAMOM & LIME sauce. Sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve as a main with brown basmati rice, spring greens or steamed beans.
